Computer Operator

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry and data management in Excel and company software

• Maintain and organize digital records and files

• Generate daily/weekly reports as per department requirements

• Handle printing, scanning, emailing, and other basic computer tasks

• Assist in maintaining inventory and records

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all data work

📚 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

• Typing speed should be good and error-free

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage files and folders systematically

• Internet and email handling skills

• Good communication and team coordination

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 1+ year experience as Computer Operator or Data Entry preferred (Fresher with good Excel also welcome)

• Honest, responsible, and punctual
