E-commerce Executive Work for Marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra)

🔹 1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and images

• Categorize items correctly according to platform guidelines

• Use keywords and optimize product descriptions for better visibility

🔹 2. Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor stock levels across platforms

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely dispatch

• Process and track orders, cancellations, and returns

🔹 3. Pricing & Offers

• Update product prices, apply discounts, and manage pricing strategies

• Schedule and manage participation in sales campaigns (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.)

• Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions

🔹 4. Customer Service Coordination

• Resolve customer complaints and return issues

• Monitor customer ratings and reviews, respond to feedback

• Maintain high seller performance ratings

🔹 5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

• Track sales, views, impressions, and conversion rates

• Identify best-selling products and slow movers

• Use platform dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) to generate reports

🔹 6. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure product listings follow platform policies (images, content, legal)

• Handle account health issues like late deliveries, negative reviews, or policy violations

🔹 7. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work with design team for banners/images

• Communicate with marketing for ads or influencer campaigns

• Report to senior management on performance
