Prepare documents for scanning (remove staples, sort, batch, and arrange).

Operate high-speed document scanners and related software.

Perform quality checks on scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.

Index and categorize scanned files according to company procedures.

Maintain scanning equipment by performing routine cleaning and reporting malfunctions.

Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Collaborate with team members and report progress to supervisors.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of document management systems
