Job Description

  • Oversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing)

  • Ensure smooth patient flow and zero delays in services

  • Monitor revenue, collections, and daily financial performance

  • Drive occupancy (IPD), admissions & overall patient experience

  • Manage and coordinate with doctors, RMOs, nurses & support staff

  • Ensure strict SOP compliance (admission, discharge, billing, MRD)

  • Handle patient complaints and escalation resolution

  • Monitor Ayushman / insurance processes & documentation

  • Ensure inventory control (pharmacy, consumables, OT stock)

  • Maintain quality, hygiene, NABH/BMW compliance standards

  • Track daily reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, conversion, pending tasks)

  • Drive team discipline, attendance & performance management

  • Coordinate with sales/PRO team for patient inflow growth

  • Support new initiatives, audits & process improvements
