Business Operations Manager

 Core Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Growth

1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

2. Increase conversion rates and average bill value through upselling and cross-selling.

3. Plan in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions to attract more footfall.

B. Operations & Process Management

1. Oversee day-to-day operations including opening, closing, and mid-shift routines.

2. Ensure cash handling, billing, returns, and exchanges follow company procedures.

3. Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

4. Conduct monthly stock audits to minimize losses and shrinkage.

C. Staff Leadership & Training

1. Supervise showroom staff, assign daily targets, and track individual performance.

2. Conduct product knowledge and fashion styling workshops for staff.

3. Ensure employees follow the brand dress code, grooming standards, and service protocols.

D. Reporting & Coordination

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, footfall, and stock movement.

2. Share feedback with the marketing team for customer engagement strategies.

3. Report operational issues to higher management and suggest solutions.
