Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing Executive who can manage day-to-day billing operations and handle statutory compliances. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and have knowledge of PF, ESI, Knowledge of GST and other compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain bills/invoices accurately.

• Maintain PF, ESI, and compliance records.

• Work on Excel for data entry, reports, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with the accounts and HR departments for compliance updates.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, data handling).

• Understanding of GST, PF, ESI, and compliance processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
