Job Title: Executive Assistant

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle scheduling, communication, reporting, and coordination tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, messages).
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel, and transport.
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Admin, Accounts, etc.) for smooth workflow.
Draft and review letters, memos, and official correspondence.
Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Provide general administrative support and assist in office management activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Attention to detail and proactive approach.
Salary: 20k to 30k
