Job Description

Managing the complete sales documentation process, including booking forms, agreements, and client records.

· Coordinating with the sales team, CRM team, legal department, and accounts for smooth deal closure.

· Maintaining and updating CRM data related to leads, bookings, payments, and customer details.

· Handling client coordination post-sales, including follow-ups for payments, approvals, and registrations.

· Resolving customer queries related to allotment, payment schedules, and documentation.

· Managed team employee attendance tracking, salary data and coordinated payroll processes, contributing to effective expense control under P&L management.

· Managed and validated P&L expense sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

· Assisting senior management with sales analysis, forecasts, and operational planning.

· Coordinated all necessary documentation, including booking forms, agreement details, and project specific information, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

· Prepared accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports for management, providing key insights into sales performance and inventory status.
