Backend Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Loan Backhand Executive to join our operations team in Borivali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the back-end processing of loan files, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining efficient coordination between sales, credit, and disbursement teams. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and compliant loan approval and disbursal process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end back-office process for various loan products (Personal, Business, Vehicle, etc.).

Verify loan application forms, KYC documents, and financial papers for completeness and authenticity.

Enter accurate data into internal systems and update loan status on a daily basis.

Coordinate with sales, credit, and disbursement teams to ensure timely approvals and releases.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on loan applications, pending cases, and disbursed files.

Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and audit standards.

Support periodic audits by providing necessary documents and reports.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in loan processing, documentation, or back-end operations (Banking/NBFC experience preferred).

Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM or Loan Management Systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
