Job Description

Prepare and send Daily MIS reports to customers.
Coordinate shipment pickup and delivery operations.
Share export documents (DOX) with customers on time.
Follow up on new shipments with existing customers.
Manage payment follow-ups and maintain records.
Handle credit note and debit note coordination.
Maintain shipment records and update data in the system.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and operations team.
