Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensure streamlined processes, enhance operational efficiency, and manage logistics and workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to optimize operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, analyzing operational data for process improvement, and supporting seamless communication to ensure the timely achievement of business goals.

Operations Executive – House of Heritage

Vendor Management

  • Communicate and coordinate with current and potential vendors

  • Handle sourcing and maintain strong vendor relationships

Event Coordination

  • Support logistics for photoshoots, exhibitions, and special events

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular quality checks to meet product standards

  • Create SOPs to standardize quality processes

Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of orders

Inventory Management

  • Plan and manage inventory levels based on demand

  • Liaise with teams to maintain stock availability

  • Create SOPs for inventory control and replenishment

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee warehouse logistics, storage, and packaging

  • Ensure adherence to handling and packing standards

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Strategize and implement efficient operational workflows

  • Develop and document SOPs across functions

Website & E-commerce Management

  • Maintain and update the website and e-commerce platforms

  • Upload and manage product listings

Creative & Design Support

  • Assist in creating graphics and visual content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns

  • Support design requirements for sales materials, promotions, and product launches

  • Coordinate with internal/external designers to ensure brand consistency

Customer Handling & Support

  • Manage customer queries across channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, website)

  • Resolve complaints, returns, and order-related concerns efficiently

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand values

Research Work

  • Conduct market and business research to support operations and strategy

Social Media & E-commerce Coordination

  • Support backend operations for social media and coordinate with the e-commerce team

Additional Duties

  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the management

Salary will be Rs. 18000 per month. We are looking for a complete fresher.
