Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Executive to manage showroom backend operations, including product tagging, data entry, inventory updates, and administrative support. The role requires accuracy, speed, and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Tagging & Labeling
Tagging products with barcode/price labels accurately
Ensuring correct product details (weight, price, code, description)
Maintaining tagging standards as per company policy
2. Data Entry & System Updates
Entering product details into ERP/software systems
Updating stock inward/outward entries
Maintaining accurate digital records of inventory
Preparing daily data entry reports
3. Inventory Coordination
Assisting in stock verification and audits
Coordinating with store and warehouse teams
Tracking missing/damaged items and reporting
4. Billing & Backend Support
Supporting the billing team during peak hours
Verifying invoices and entries
Ensuring proper documentation of transactions
5. Administrative Tasks
Maintaining files, records, and documentation
Preparing reports (daily sales, stock, tagging status)
Supporting showroom operations as required
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
Basic understanding of inventory handling
Experience in jewellery/showroom/retail backend
