Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Executive who can independently

prepare technical quotations and customized commercial offers for our food processing and

packaging machinery range. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging customer

requirements with suitable product solutions, supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities and

documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements received through sales channels or direct inquiries.

• Prepare and submit technical quotations based on product selection, specifications, and

customer needs.

• Create detailed commercial offers, BOMs (Bill of Materials), pricing, and scope of supply.

• Customize proposals and offers according to specific applications and industry standards.

• Ensure all offers are compliant with company policies, capabilities, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain and update a master database of quotations, formats, and previous proposals.

• Support in tender submissions and technical documentation preparation as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Sound technical understanding of food processing & packaging machinery.

• Hands-on experience in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and technical documents.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks

is a plus.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
