Job Title: Backend Executive – Telesales (Loans)

Location: Sector 2 , Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Description:

We are hiring a Backend Executive to support our Telesales Loan team. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, updating CRM, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements).
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
Follow up with customers for pending documents.
Maintain CRM updates and daily MIS reports.
Ensure error-free processing and compliance with policies.

Requirements:

Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
1–3 years of experience in loan processing / BFSI.
Good knowledge of Personal/Business Loans.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
