The Operation Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between clients, creative team, and marketing team, and ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns within timelines.
Handle daily operational tasks of the advertising agency
Ensure smooth workflow between departments
Maintain task schedules and follow-ups
Communicate with clients regarding campaign requirements
Share updates, timelines, and deliverables
Resolve client queries and operational issues
Assist in planning and execution of ad campaigns
Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time
Coordinate with vendors (printing, media, freelancers, etc.)
Track work progress and delivery status
Maintain vendor records and payments follow-ups
Prepare daily / weekly work reports
Maintain client data, invoices, and project files
Track campaign performance and operational status
Ensure quality standards are met
Monitor deadlines and reduce delays
Escalate issues to management when required
Graduation in any discipline
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of advertising / digital marketing
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Strong coordination & multitasking skills
Experience in advertising or digital marketing agency
Client handling experience
Basic understanding of social media & ads
Organized & detail-oriented
