Job Description

Job Summary:

INCL Media Group is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage and oversee the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with departments, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track relevant government/PSU/private sector tenders using portals like CPPP, GeM, eProcurement sites, etc.

  • Thoroughly analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical/commercial requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to compile necessary documents and inputs for bid submissions.

  • Prepare comprehensive tender documentation including pre-qualification, technical and commercial proposals.

  • Handle tender submissions, attend pre-bid meetings, respond to queries, and manage post-submission clarifications.

  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain accurate records of all bids.

  • Follow up on submitted bids and update internal stakeholders on status/progress.

  • Maintain documentation related to EMDs/BG/Performance Guarantees and ensure their timely processing.

  • Support in vendor registration, empanelment processes, and other allied documentation.

  • Stay updated on market trends and government procurement norms.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of tendering process (esp. govt. & PSU sector)

  • Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms

  • Good documentation and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

  • Knowledge of legal and financial aspects related to tenders

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF creation tools)


Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Public Relations / or related field

  • Certification in tendering, government procurement, or public sector bidding is a plus


Preferred:

  • Prior experience in media, advertising, or events industry is preferred

  • Understanding of IEC/creative/PR tenders will be an advantage
