Key Responsibilities:
Daily production data entry and regular production updates.
Maintain and update records in Excel and company software.
Handle incoming and outgoing official calls.
Respond to emails and coordinate with internal departments.
Prepare reports related to production and operations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Coordinate with the production team for real-time updates.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream preferred).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
Good knowledge of MS Word and email drafting.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to handle multitasking.
Strong attention to detail.
