Operations Intern


Number of Vacancies: 4

Duration: 4 Months

Working Hours: 4 Hours per Day | 6 Days a Week

Stipend: Unpaid Internship, with opportunity to secure full time employment after internship based on performance

Job Description:


We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative/Operations Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure to day-to-day business operations and administrative processes. The intern will assist the operations team in handling documentation, data management, coordination tasks, reporting, and process execution to ensure smooth organizational functioning.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational activities

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and required documentation

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely project execution

  • Handle data entry and report preparation using MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Support process tracking and operational follow-ups

  • Learn and understand end-to-end business operations


Requirements:

  • Graduate (Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible)

  • 0–1 year of experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google applications (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Docs)

  • Fast typing and good data entry skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions and organizational abilities

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Available to join immediately


Internship Benefits:
