Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Office Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM software, IndiaMART lead management, customer follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in CRM systems.
Handle and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Experience in handling IndiaMART leads and online inquiries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to prepare accurate sales and performance reports.
