Job Title: backoffice sales & Coordination assistant– Wagle Estate, Thane(Ramnagar)

Work Includes:

Calling & attending, new leads , JustDial / New Data base lead / IndiaMART inquiries

Taking follow-ups of new enquiry, ongoing client & maintaining lead records

Updating product images/details on IndiaMART panel

Keep them growing

Coordinating dispatch, deliveries & client schedules.

Calling contacts from networking platforms and fixing appointments

Using available data to arrange meetings / visits/send sample

Handling WhatsApp Business communication

Basic office/admin support

Skills: Good communication (Hindi/English/Marathi), basic computer knowledge
