🔎 Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back-Office Analyst to manage daily administrative and financial operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, handling accounting entries in Tally ERP, preparing reports, and supporting smooth internal business processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

💰 Financial Data Management

Enter bills, expenses, and transactions accurately in Tally ERP

Prepare and issue invoices to clients and vendors on time

Maintain proper financial records and documentation

📊 Quality Reporting

Record and maintain quality reports for internal & external audits

Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support compliance requirements

🗂️ Administrative Support

Manage day-to-day back-office operations (filing, documentation, records)

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

Handle routine correspondence and maintain organized databases

⚙️ Process Improvement

Identify gaps in back-office processes and suggest improvements

Support management in streamlining workflows for better efficiency

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (3-year program) OR Diploma in

Commerce / Business Administration / Accounting / related field

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
