Location: Indore – Work From Office (Full Time)

Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000

Weekly Off: Thursday or Friday (Sunday Working)

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Operations Executive to manage backend execution of our online education programs. This is a detail-oriented and process-driven role focused on smooth program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage live webinars (Zoom hosting)
Coordinate with speakers and internal team
Maintain webinar attendance and reporting dashboards
Manage Google Sheets and Forms
Maintain program documentation
Support smooth functioning of app-based learning platform
Ensure error-free program execution

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or program coordination. EdTech background preferred. Must have independently handled webinars.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas like SUM, IF, VLOOKUP)
Comfortable with Zoom hosting
Good written and verbal English
Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools
Must own a laptop
