Key Responsibilities:
Maintain data and ensure delivery of items at client place on time.
Verify & validate information on the excel trackers.
Coordination with dispatch team, vendor and coordination with clients for delivery.
Response on email to clients on time and telephonic discussion as and when situation demands.
Face to Face meetings at Gurgaon / Noida, if needed with clients.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Team handling and hiring of replacements post approval.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
