1. Operational Duties
Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure High Performance & Expected Results.
Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
Ensure your team follow company policies, code of conduct and quality standards.
Act as the bridge between departments (Sales, Services, Stores, HR, Accounts, Operations).
Providing solution on Inter-departmental operational bottlenecks.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with the MD to suggest, develop and execute strategic plans.
Analyse operational performance and suggest improvements aligned with business revenue goals.
Identify growth opportunities and help in resource planning and allocation.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and guide every department team members across various functions.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes for key operational roles.
4. Budgeting & Cost Management
Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Generate regular MIS reports on operational performance, KPIs.
5. Client & Vendor Management
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee vendor management & ensuring timely service and cost-efficiency.
Make sure every issue should resolve without any support of amol sir.
6. Risk & Compliance
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure all teams adhere to safety, legal, and compliance standards.
Conduct audits and implement recommendations.
7. Reporting & Analysis
Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership.
Track KPIs and performance benchmarks across departments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Identify gaps in workflows, suggest improvements, and implement new SOPs.
Consolidate data from various teams for decision-making (project status, delivery performance, escalations).
