Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in Commerce

• 5 to 10 years of experience in field operations

• Good understanding of security risk assessment techniques

• Familiarity with G4S Guarding Handbook preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing 30–35 client assignments effectively

• Monthly invoice submissions and payment collections

• Deployment planning and workforce rotation

• Incident management and onsite training

• Conducting night checks and writing post instructions

• Ensuring accurate scheduling inputs and client satisfaction

• Supporting new client deployments and price revision strategies

Core Competencies:

• Strong manpower management and communication skills

• Crisis handling and customer-focused approach

• Basic English communication (spoken & written)
