Job Summary:
APSK is seeking a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage administrative operations and support internal teams. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, documentation, coordination tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day back-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Prepare and manage official documentation, reports, and internal records.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline office operations.
Respond to emails, internal queries, and manage correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
Support in inventory or logistics tracking, if applicable.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, or client reports.
Monitor and update internal databases regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
0–2 years of experience in a back office, data entry, or admin role.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in the media, entertainment, or casting industry.
2. Fluency in multiple languages (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred).
3. Confidence in explaining creative and service-based offerings over the phone.
