Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to manage the end-to-end workflow between our Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams. You will ensure that loan applications move smoothly from sourcing to disbursement, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining accurate data across all departments. Key Responsibilities:
Inter-Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Sales (lead generation), Operations (file login/underwriting), and Accounts (disbursements/commissions).
File Management: Oversee the submission of loan files to various bank/NBFC portals and track their real-time status.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all documentation provided by Sales meets bank-specific checklists before handing off to Operations.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan files or applicant information to avoid delays in processing.
MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily records of files sourced, logged, approved, and disbursed for weekly performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years in backend operations or sales coordination, preferably in a Loan DSA or Fintech environment.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel (MIS), strong communication in English and Hindi, and familiarity with banking portals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
