We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, coordinating services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for residents. The position offers a salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative work environment.
Manage and supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure smooth facility operations.
Coordinate with the association team and residents to address and resolve complaints promptly.
Handle basic computer work, including maintaining records, emails, and simple reports.
Manage petty cash, track expenses, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure proper upkeep of common areas and adherence to safety standards.
Act as a point of contact between residents, vendors, and the management committee.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
1 – 5 years of experience in facility or property management
Basic computer knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle issues efficiently
