Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems. The candidate should have good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into computer systems

Update and maintain records regularly

Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies

Maintain confidentiality of company information

Prepare basic reports when required

Coordinate with team members for data clarification

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Basic knowledge of computer & internet

Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word

Good typing speed (English/Hindi)

Attention to detail and accuracy
