Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily back-office operations and office coordination
Maintain customer data, service records & billing details
Coordinate with pest control technicians and field staff
Attend customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries & follow-ups
Prepare service schedules and daily work reports
Maintain records in Excel / CRM software
Support Branch Manager with administrative tasks
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Organized, responsible & multitasking ability
