Position Summary:
The Back Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and support operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, efficient data management, and effective coordination between departments to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily back-office operations, including administration, documentation, and data management.
Oversee record keeping, filing systems, and database management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support workflow.
Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards related to operations.
Resolve operational issues and improve back-office processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Train, guide, and evaluate back-office staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in back-office management or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
