Job Summary:
Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, data management, and supporting daily business operations. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations
Data entry, verification & record maintenance
Prepare MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Data analysis using Advanced Excel
Maintain documentation & filing system
Email communication & coordination with internal departments
Maintain client/vendor data
Prepare reports & dashboards
Provide administrative support
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation)
Good typing speed & accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills
Attention to detail & time management
Qualification:
Graduate (Any stream)
Certification in Advanced Excel preferred
