The Hotel Reservation Executive is responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details, and providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize room occupancy.

Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Good communication skills in English .
Need to be able to talk in Hindi and Bengali(fluency not required).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and reservation software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
