Shippin is a tech-enabled last-mile hyperlocal logistics company enabling Q-commerce delivery in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across East and Northeast India.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or Diploma in related field.

2. Experience with contract/vendor negotiations and manpower planning.

3. Strong knowledge of Tier 2/Tier 3 city logistics operations (especially East & Northeast India).

Key Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in last-mile logistics or hyperlocal delivery operations, with exposure to vendor/supply partner management.

2. Prior experience in managing Q-commerce or food/grocery delivery platforms.

3. Familiarity with delivery aggregator models and rider sourcing mechanisms.

4. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using dashboards, routing apps, and operational tools.

5. Field-oriented role – must be comfortable with local travel and ground operations.

6. Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a bonus.
