Job Summary:
The Loan Backend Executive is responsible for handling the complete backend process of personal loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with banks/NBFCs, timely follow-ups, and smooth disbursement of loans. The role requires maintaining data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and providing operational support to the sales team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Loan Processing & Documentation
Verify and scrutinize customer documents for personal loan applications.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents before submission.
Prepare and maintain loan files as per lender requirements.
Upload and update customer information in CRM and lender portals.
Coordination & Follow-up
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.
Follow up regularly on application status, approvals, queries, and disbursements.
Act as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and lending partners.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and lender queries promptly.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and customer data.
Update daily MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and digital records.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all applications comply with lender guidelines and company policies.
Conduct preliminary checks on KYC, income documents, bank statements, and credit-related information.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Customer Support
Assist customers regarding documentation requirements and application status.
Provide timely updates on approval, sanction, and disbursement stages.
Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan process.
Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly processing reports.
Track pending cases and escalate delays to the concerned authority.
Maintain records of approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Personal Loan processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Personal Loan Operations, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services preferred.
