Position: Back Office Executive

Experience:  1 year

 

Timing: 10 to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

 

  Documentation Management

  • Process, verify, and maintain client documentation accurately.

  • Ensure all records are updated, organized, and stored systematically for easy retrieval.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client documents.

  Data Management & Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update databases, files, and MIS reports on a regular basis.

  • Ensure proper arrangement and classification of physical and digital records.

  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy in all entries.

  Client Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate with clients via email and phone for documentation follow-ups and updates.

  • Assist clients in understanding required documentation and procedures.

  • Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.

  Administrative Support

  • Provide backend support to field and consulting teams.

  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and application documents for various industrial services.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

  Process Handling & Compliance

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Track status of applications related to subsidies, licenses, and financial services.

  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

  Data Organization & System Maintenance

  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital).

  • Ensure all documents are indexed and easily accessible.

  • Support in improving documentation and data management processes.

 

 

 

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency MS Office

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any Field

- Good Communication Skill
