Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data records for warehouse and logistics operations. The candidate should have good typing speed, knowledge of Excel, and experience in handling operational data, reports, and system entries.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately in ERP/WMS/Excel systems
Maintain daily inward, outward, stock, and dispatch records
Prepare MIS and operational reports on daily basis
Verify and cross-check data with physical documents
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for data accuracy
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
Generate invoices, challans, GRN, and shipment-related documents
Track attendance, manpower, and productivity reports if required
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data

We need 1 Supervisor also and 2 data entry opeartor
