Responsibilities:
· Handle daily dispatch operations and documentation.
· Prepare dispatch challan, invoice details, and transport documents.
· Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
· Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery details.
· Communicate with transporters and clients regarding dispatch status.
· Update and maintain data in Excel and ERP systems.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
· Support other back office administrative work when required.
· Maintain proper filing and documentation of dispatch records.
· Ensure dispatch process follows company policies and timelines.
Requisite Skills:
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
· Basic understanding of dispatch, logistics, and documentation.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.
· Basic knowledge of stock management and reporting will be an advantage.
