Back Office Executive

We are looking for Back office executive for our client in FMCG & consumer care.

• Position : Back Office Executive( PMS payroll Offroll)

• Qualification :- Min Graduation

• Preference:- Female Candidate

• Base Location :- Mumbai ( 4 days in Goregaon HO & 2 days Ghansoli Office )

• Computer Skill :- Excel, Pivot working, emails etc.

 Salary range( Rs18k to Rs 25k per month)

 JD :-

 1. Retailer Coordination:

 Work closely with Reliance Supply chains, category buyers, and DC team to build relationships and resolve issues.

• Ensure proper billing and alignment with commercial teams.

2. Reporting & Data Management:

 Capture daily open orders and display data.

• Check weekly Key stores MBQs trend and report the same to key account team. And highlight if any concern to Reliance supply chain team.

 3. Inventory & Stock Management:

 Raise stock replenishment requests and track deliveries.

• Work and coordinate on Weekly & monthly fill rate report, and send final recee file to Reliance team

• Collation of weekly stock out, and highlight to supply chain team, along with key account team.

 4. Issue Resolution:

 Act as the first point of contact for any billing, appointment issue, Vehicle unloading or execution-related concerns with company Supply chain team
