Admin Office/Executive Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
2. Maintain cleanliness of office premises and equipment.
3. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP.
4. Comfortable traveling to Mumbai branches for site visits.
5. Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
6. Make travel arrangements and reservations.
7. Compose and type regular correspondence, such as invitations and informative materials.
8. Develop and maintain a filing system.
9. Manage visitors, vendors, and candidates.
10. Track all agreements with vendors and landlords, including renewal of S\&E, lease agreements, notice periods for termination, refund of security deposits, and renewal of annual maintenance contracts.
11. Take up other assigned duties (e.g., additional travel arrangements, schedules).
