Operations Support
To coordinate the onboarding of new security and office staff, manage daily site attendance and follow-ups, support client operations, handle documentation, and assist with HR, billing, and accounts-related tasks as required.
Onboarding & Enrollment:
Coordinate onboarding of new security guards and office support staff (e.g., Security, housekeeping, drivers, etc…). Collect and verify joining documents and complete enrolment (manual).Daily follow-up on new security staff joining details and deployment confirmation. Maintain proper records of all onboarded staff both digitally and in physical files. Handle all incoming office calls including general inquiries, client follow-ups, and field staff coordination. Attend to walk-in employees (e.g., exit staff collecting salary or submitting resignation) and direct them accordingly. Maintain proper records of resignations, and salary follow-up requests. Answer queries from security staff or visitors related to salary, documents, or HR matters. Ensure professional communication and support both in-person and over the phone.
Attendance & Site Coordination:
Collect daily attendance data site-wise and consolidate reports to HR.
Coordinate with field supervisors and site managers to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Regularly follow up on new staff joining at sites and update deployment status in WhatsApp Group
Maintain updated records for staff movement, site change, and absences.
Ensure all attendance data is accurate and submitted on time for billing and payroll.
Prepare field/site survey reports as per the Director’s instruction in the standard format.
Submit the reports to the management on time and follow up for approvals or further action.
