Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities
Tag and label all jewellery products with appropriate information, such as SKU(Stock keeping unit), product name, price, and other details as required
Maintain accurate inventory records of all products, ensuring that all information is entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner
Work closely with other departments, such as production and sales, to ensure that all products are tagged and labeled correctly
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all products are properly tagged and accounted for
Assist with other duties as required, such as packaging and shipping products
