The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, maintaining company records, updating databases, coordinating with sales and accounts teams, and ensuring accurate documentation for client and internal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit offers/quotations to clients on time.Maintain and organize all documents related to offers, sales, and purchase.Manage data entry and maintain accuracy in company records and databases.Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and follow-ups.Handle filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping of documents.Support the team with MIS reports and documentation compliance.Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail and time management abilities.Prior experience in back-office operations preferred.Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time
