Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling backend operational and administrative tasks

• Maintaining accounting records, bills, vouchers, and invoices

• Data entry and verification of financial and operational data

• Supporting accounts-related activities such as reconciliation and reporting

• Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and compliance

• Maintaining proper records and files as per company requirements

• Assisting in day-to-day office and backend operations

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle data and documentation efficiently

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Prior experience in backend/accounts role will be an advantage

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream) or B.Com preferred

• Candidates with basic accounting knowledge will be given preference
