
Receive customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website
Schedule pest control services and assign technicians
Coordinate daily routes and service timings
Handle customer follow-ups, complaints, and feedback
Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules and reminders
Prepare service reports, job cards, and work completion reports
Maintain customer records, service history, and AMC data
Update CRM / Excel sheets / service management software
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Generate invoices, quotations, and proforma invoices
Track payments, pending dues, and follow up with customers
Coordinate with accounts team for GST bills and receipts
Maintain technician attendance, duty rosters, and leave records
Track chemical usage, equipment, and consumables
Coordinate emergency or re-service requests
Ensure technicians follow safety and SOP guidelines
Maintain stock register for chemicals, tools, and safety gear
Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors
Ensure timely availability of materials for service teams
Maintain statutory documents (MSDS, licenses, safety records)
Ensure service reports are signed and closed properly
Assist in audit and internal quality checks
Handle emails, data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Support HR with onboarding documents and ID cards
Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Attention to detail and record-keeping
Experience in pest control / facility management (preferred)
Qualification: Any graduate / 12th pass with experience
Experience: 1–3 years in back office / operations role
Industry Preference: Pest Control / Facility Management / Services
