Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support day-to-day business operations, especially in tender management, documentation, and catalogue creation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant tenders from various portals

  • Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents

  • Create product catalogues with proper formatting, images, and specifications

  • Translate documents (French/Spanish to English or vice versa using tools if needed)

  • Maintain and organize business documents and records

  • Coordinate for quotations, pricing sheets, and vendor details

  • Perform basic market research and data collection

  • Support in email drafting and communication with clients/vendors


Requirements

  • Basic understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Familiarity with Google Translate or similar tools for document translation

  • Prior experience in tenders, documentation, or back-office work is a plus
