Job Description: Auction & Quotation Executive

Location: Jhandewalan Near metro

Job Summary: The Auction & Quotation Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of online sugar auctions and handling client inquiries for product quotations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Auction Participation: Actively participate in online sugar auctions on designated platforms, including registering, bidding, and tracking auction results.

Quotation Management: Manage all incoming price inquiries from clients received via email.

Client Communication: Draft professional and timely email communications to clients, providing accurate quotations and product information. You must be capable of composing these emails independently after receiving the rates from the company.

Market Analysis: Keep track of market prices and trends to provide competitive and accurate quotations.

Data Maintenance: Maintain a detailed record of all auction activities, quotations provided, and client communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within the sugar or commodities industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of online auction platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email management.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
