Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: G Block - 15, Near Vardhman Dairy, Vaishali Nagar, Ajmer -305001
Experience:
Minimum 6 year
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage office budgets and handle basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support HR in administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Address and resolve any office-related issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
