Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.

  • Log all incoming shipments and stock transfers in the system.

  • Flag low-stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.

  • Assist with routine physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Delivery & Logistics Updates

  • Track outgoing shipments and proactively update delivery statuses in our internal system.

  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and couriers to resolve dispatch delays.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer service teams regarding order tracking and delivery timelines.

  • Process delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documentation.

    Production Reporting & Data Entry

  • Compile, verify, and input daily production logs and yield reports from the manufacturing team.
