Job Description

The Job Profile shall include the following activities related to operational engineering projects and Commercial activities,

·         Preparing techno-commercial proposals and following up till finalization,

·         Checking, reviewing and acknowledging Purchase orders.

·         Controlling, Monitoring, Replying day to day emails and carrying on self-correspondence, Tender documentation, Tender Uploading

·         Preparing, and monitoring invoices and payment follow-ups,

·         Maintaining commercial documents, Tenders,

·         Carry out activities as directed by the Director for a day to day work.

·         Coordinate with Staff and office group for the work as directed by the director.

·         Minimum proven typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm.

·         Ability to do self-correspondence and Full Documentation.

·         Good Spoken / Written English.

Command over Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, and Outlook
